The Importance of Passion in Design
I started working with small consulting, small design organizations 30 years ago. I've only worked for big agencies a couple of times. It was fun, but it's so different. That's another thing too, is finding people who have a passion for sparking excitement with clients that seem to get them to be like, you know, what they're doing. We go into places where our clients are struggling and big companies are struggling. They're trying to overcome challenges. And there's somebody there that's like a, you know,. I'm a middle child. You can sympathize if you have a middle child, I'm a civil right.
