Building a Culture of People

We look for a lot of softskim i think, from its empaty, humility, intellectual curiosity. We really want to bring in people who have a personal connection to to this problem and having a personal connection,. wanting to make it better for the right reasons. Are obviously very smart. But i think it's important for us to bring together a group of people who fundamentally want to approach tit's not just to build a smart and our prize tool but people whoare lookin to truly make a different.
