The Theory Comes First
Pauper: Induction may seem to be true because a we make the observations in the light of theories. But induction just doesn't happen. What we do is we have a theory first. And in the case where we're creating new knowledge, this theory is a conjecture which is not based on anything 's it's itsa hoped for solution to some problem. So in proper scheme of things, instead of starting observation and inducing general theories, we start with the problem, then we guess a solution, then we test it. This will make it even more sure of that in th future.
