Are They the Same Question?

I started coaching at 14. And so I've almost got a decade already. The first thing I used to practice, even as a teenager, whenever an athlete would ask me to demonstrate something or do something for them, the first thing I'd tell them is I'm not used. So whatever I do might not actually apply, so I wanted to try it for yourself first. That always stuck with me in that there are different ways of thinking about thinking. And I've always wondered how that applied to sport.
