A lot of jims go through that, where there's at some point in people's growthe just a big exodus. You want quality leads to come in, and you want them to stick around. There will always be situations where you encounter a mat bully or someone who just has a toxic or negative attitude. And as the senior person who's driving that team, it's your responsibility to eliminate that negative variable.
