How to Navigate Through a Crisis Playbook

I think in retrospect, what I should have pulled from was basically what would, what would be a crisis playbook. But I didn't know that the time because there was no script for how the pandemic was going to play out in every company. What I reached for in retrospect was that I really focused on building myself a kind of board of advisors even internally within Google. Just to do a kind of sanity check across different product groups or different divisions,. Is it me because of myDivision or is it Google? And there I started to kind of isolate where certain drivers of my ability to move my own work forward or move my own experience forward as an employee at that point in time.
