And don't try and get expect too much from two junior team - all these different things that sometimes get lost in the wider picture. You know, how often we've used to, how many more people, really fast or 10 people brilliant. It's only 10, you know, it's not 30. Still 10 people at once is way, way too many you can have a disaster.
