The Differences Between Strength and Conditioning and Sport

I look at all iterations of sport and movement sharing a same common philosophy. But I do think something like, let's say, strength and conditioning versus sport sport is more chaotic by nature than doing a death or something like that. Chris Corfis had so many good ideas with what he was talking about that I got my wheels turning. He would have his athletes do a core sprint and then they do their weakness in between. It wasn't everyone didn't do the same drill for their weakness. And it was also in higher reps. So it just allowed people to get a lot of reps in for their weaknesses.
