Should I Take a Fixed Interest Rate Mortgage?

i was like, oh my god, with interest rates this low, there is no way you take a floating interest rate mortgage. Most of the spreads ragt now between arms and fixs are not big. People often pick on rate and don't it through long term. Where are people getting all f this cash to go in? i think it'd be curious to star to hear what w we're all hearing about where cash is coming from yet.
