Introduction
Vocal cordis function is one of those interesting presentations because, especially in the merge, you think this is an airway obstruction. The classic pattern is multiple episodes of rapid onset, short as a breath with strider. This can look a lot like asthma. And very often it will be labelled correctly, with asthma. Oftentimes there are features that suggest that it maybe may not truly be asthma. So if you have a little segua here about astma versus ou c pedy and daphragmatic weakness, i do want to delve into that a bit. But so say this patient's airway pressures should be better, meaning my peak pressure isn't behind them
