The Relationship Between Fish and Heart Disease Risk

Red meat is going to be de-emphasized relative to current diets it's actually quite a small amount one burger a week yeah or if you like to have a big 12 ounce steak have a once a month celebratory. There are some issues and there's a very non-linear relationship with the amount whether with omega-3 fatty acid intake and heart disease risk so adding more does very little. How does fish compare to legumes? We have less good information on legumes than we would really like they looked good in our studies that we published but most of the western populations have greatly reduced their legume consumption.
