Banking Sleep Can Be Transformative

i think one piece of advice that can be transformative is banking sleep when you have the opportunity. I don't personally believe it's possible to sleep more than your body actually needs. When people bank sleep, what they'reactually doing is paying off some existing sleep debt. If you take people who have relatively good qualitys sleep, but who simply don't sleep enough on a regular basis, and you have them extend their time in bed by a modest amount then you see improvements in a range of different health and performance outcomes.
