About Deepak:
Deepak Bhavi, Founder and Managing Partner of FlexSpace Business Parks, specializes in building multi-tenant office warehouse parks in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His versatile spaces are designed to help local service-based small business entrepreneurs get started and thrive.
He boasts a wealth of investing experience in successful flex space projects, giving him a deep understanding of the asset class and the development process. Prior to starting his own development company, he honed his skills in a variety of industries, including software development, telecom direct sales, and healthcare business management. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He resides in Dallas with his wife and two kids, who always keep him on his toes. In his spare time, he volunteers to help kids start new businesses and tries to stay out of the kitchen in pickleball.
