The Garden of Eden

Each panel takes the classic story structure set up conflict resolution. The rich people in the room would have been looking at that left panel going, wow, there's adam. There's a little cat? Wow, what's that in the background? Oh, that animal is called a giraffe. You've never seen one of them? They're in africa. Oh, my god. Now you've got the middle, here's the conflict.
