The Beauty of a Farmers Carry
The calves, quads and the lateral hip are providing 75% of the energy for running. So if you're given someone an exercise that challenges those muscle groups, you're probably doing a hell of a lot of good for people. I'm a big fan of the marches and the toe walks. But I can say, I don't think I'll do it as graceful as you can demonstrate in all of your videos.
