What Are the Conclusions From This Study?

We didn't want our findings to be explained by an energy deficit. We measured the weight at each training setion and made sure that they kept the weight. And it was actually, the glacian levels were actually the highest during the over training face. So you can't say so this, what we found was a lack of glaciun and all they needed to do was to eat more corbohydrate. That was not the case in indy study. Yet, what we have found is a a phyciological measure of the breaking point when you train too much. This has not been shown before,. like fwe would only have measured oxion, octake, for example
