How Much ATP Do You Need to Actively Activate the P. X7 Receptor?

There are seven receptors for extracellular ATP. P X7 is the one that we study because it's expressed in a more abundant leon T cells. Usually what you need to activate the P. X7 receptor are considerably high levels of extrace cellular ATP. And is ATP stable enough in tissue circulation elsewhere? If that's an important question and it's something that we want to track, we have some probes that we can transduce T cells.
