The Evolution of the Race

In the post-Atlantic period we have so far two distinguished five cultural epochs in ancient India. In these many incarnations during the various epochs, human beings have learned many things up to the day of their present incarnation. Nothing that happens in the world happens in a descending and an ascending line. As true as it is that the etheric head has become more and more connected with the physical head, it is equally true that a loosening gradually occurs. We have already arrived at the time when theetheric head begins to loosen again.
