Simplexes Are All About Trade-Offs

The triangle model is sometimes helpful to talk about trade-offs. If you don't like where you are in the triangle, if you want more of one of those things, you can move closer to its corner. You move the time corner, but it's gonna mean that the other two metrics are gonna get worse. So, they're trade-offs; there's no free lunch.
