How Do You Ask for Someone's Name?

I love all of my family and like we have a great time every time we meet them, but this time especially was like an especially extended period since I've met a lot of my extended family. And some of my cousins actually used to be really close to and because it's just been so long, I remember being at the wedding and a few times like I was like, yeah, do you remember where we when we did this when we were kids? But sometimes I'm like, are you this name? Yeah, you and you mix it up the most. It would be totally fine if I just say it. No one's going to give a fuck.
