The Importance of Comparative Advantages
I think we still spend, I mean, so much of winning conflicts are about leaning into your comparative advantages. And the amount of investment that we're making in our comparative advantages are so diminimous relative to the overall budget of the Department of Defense. I really worry that we still significantly under invest in emerging technologies that could potentially be decisive in the outcome of potential conflicts with China.
