The Story of Mary Queen of Scots
Mary was widowed aged just 18. Her husband King Francis immediately got a stupid ear infection and died. Now Francis had 2 brothers that Mary potentially could have married, but Francis' mum Catherine Demedice wanted to run the show for herself. So back up marriage denied. The Scottish Lords took one look at her and they were immediately Rimmont Grasieux - which is French for proper grumpy.
