The Europeans Are Affirming a New Set of Global Rules for the Internet

The EU is trying to assert a new set of global rules for the Internet. The US has already done this, so far we have lived under rule of the Internet that has been very US driven and their exports all over the globe. So I mean, in that sense, we're looking at the whole scenario from an Argentinian and Russian regional perspective. We seem to be shifting from a US focused global order for the Internet to a European focused global order of the Internet.
