The first existential tect the world had was nuclear bomb. It's not that they have no possible transitional relevance, but in the face of a distributed, expediential tec, it doesn't work at all. So changing that is actually at the heart of and requires change in infa structure,. Change in the corresponding social structures, governence, law etera, and in the world mel so clearly, this is not the kind of thing that's going to happen in a linear way.
