The Biggest Asset in a Pandemic

i have very little experience in leadership, so i'd be curious to hear from you what specifically some of these leadership and management skills are that are needed when you're stuadying a ship like that. The biggest thing, i think, particularly inany organization, is people, right? People are our biggest assetat google, people were our biggest asset. And it needed that sort of tat that set of business girls and steadying a hand, just to calm things down, particularly here in the UK.
