Using the Coefficient of Relationship in Pedigree Collapse

If you have multiple relationships, you can add up the average amounts from each relationship to get your estimate. But what doesn't work with pedigree collapse in endogamy is adding up the averages from the shared synomorgan project. So that one's not a good strategy for when you have pedigree collapse. We need to use a calculation called coefficient of relationship and this helps you estimate the expected amount of shared DNA between two people.
