Elon Musk's Letter to Metah's Legal Counsel

Until we see the substance of any complaint, I think it's really hard to know. The lawyer that sent the letter has been Elon Musk's right-hand man in all of his legal battles. There's a big jump between threatening state legal action and actually taking legal action. And so I think until we see that moment, that's when we really know how serious Elon Musk feels about being copied by Metah.
