The Influence of Augustine on Theology
St. Augustine of Hippo lived from three of 354 to about 430 and he lived mostly in in North Africa. Probably his most popular books are obviously confessions, City of God on the Trinity, on Christian doctrine. He had discourses against the Donatists and mn mannequies and went head to head with Pelagius. As a young man he walked away from the faith. His influence has had a shaping effect on run Catholic theology it's had a shaping Effect on reform theology, reformation theology.
