NATO Benefits From This?

There was an explosion very recently, less than 24 hours ago on the bridge. It will take some time before it is restored to its working condition. Most likely it would be some Ukrainian person who has done this or it has been done at the behest of NATO by Ukraine. The only question we have to ask is who benefits from this and whose NATO's puppet is Ukraine?
