The Importance of Meditation in a Design Studio
Everything in your life now, whether you agree with me or not is not by luck or by chance. I try to fast once a week for 36 hours and a couple of days a week I fast for maybe 18 hours. To create something completely different on the highest levels, you need to be like a kind of the biggest athlete with a crazy diet. It's also really amazing and important that you spend the first couple hours of your day in a meditative quiet solo space.
