As with most good things in life or habits we want to build and work on, it is definitely a marathon built up over time instead of a sprint. That applies to our fitness, diet, pretty much anything health related, money management, minimalism, and our dreams as Dene mentioned. I feel like without dreams we lose that passion to move forward. Talking about them, sharing them with others, writing them down, maybe even just listening to articles like these can ignite that spark again if it's lost for you. And if it's not, just a little reminder to keep working towards those dreams and something I have to remember too. So thank you to Dene for the reminder.
