How Much Authority Do You Have Within Your Company?
I'm fascinated that you bring up worrig charts, cause i think it ties really well. You're looking at who really has authority within there to be able to get to the answer that you need rightexactypt wee sure. And these things are very sensitive in different cultures. I feel like in the states it's a lot more horizontal. But when you work in other countries where hierarchy is a big thing, i mean, you're not calling the big boss for everything. It has to go through three different layers, so you need to navigate that. So definitely that helps me visualize who to go to.
