People often feel bad about being incompetent at project management. They seek out things that are, they did, like, they just good at that. And so they should be operating in environmentswhere that is valued. If no one has taught you how to develop these skills, and you don't have them, you can then just feel like you're a bad person - which is super tragic. But ye, you have to believe that it's possible to learn skills. You want a in ou study and learn from people who've done it before. The hardest thing about anything is managing your psychology.
