Is There a Difference Between TPs and TJs?

Tonya: A general rule for thinkers is get them to talk about something that they can be brilliant at. So what would you say is a distinction between TPs and extroverted thinking, which are TJs? Tonya: I don't believe that any type or function has a corner on empathy or thinking about others. For the TJ types, there really is this bottom line. Like what is the evidence? How is it functional or how functional is it? What can we do to fix it?
