George Hopkins was a thrill seeker, parachuting out of planes more times than anyone on record in 1941. While he's after more jumps, he first wants to do something no one else would - parachute onto Devil's Tower. His plan goes awry when he finds himself unable to get off the tower and he needs to be rescued.
