Foxconn, one of Apple's manufacturing partners, plans to invest about $700 million on a new plant in India. I'm not sure whether Apple is playing to decouple from China per site because China after remains a major market for Apple. And Taipei-based senior reporter Debby Wu talks about the challenges the company faces in trying to recreate its success in other countries.
