How to Find the Right Lender for Your Real Estate Investment

Preston: There's a few different types of lenders here. You have private money lenders, which are typically just individuals who have capital that maybe is in their savings account or some kind of 401k where they're taking loans out. Then you have more like institutional type lenders like credit unions and banks and things of that nature. Preston: I've used pretty much all of those, I think in at least one deal or another. My first couple of long term rentals were done through credit unions.
