What's Going to Happen in This Case?

The rest of the proceedings will not be sealed if this case isn't going to go away If there is a plea it will be on the public docket But parts of the plea agreement potentially could be redacted. The only way That doesn't happen is if there's some like pre-trial diversion Situation wherein indictment is kept under seal um under an agreement that charges will be dismissed if the person Abides by being a good citizen for the next year Only happens in first offenses super minor offenses such as stealing $100 credit card and then misusing it again.
