I Like My Other Parents Better, It's Not a Fact
Everything children say is not a fact or heartfelt, deep way of thinking about themselves. Feelings come and go. They're like waves passing through. So it's really sa for us to allow those feelings and encourage children to have those feelings. Getting back to encouraging self confidence. What is that doing? When we lean in to where a child's actually feeling and connect with them there. It's trusting. And again, i think it will help if we realize that feelings aren't facts etched in stone that our child's going to believe forever,. Or even more than for a few moments.
