Is There Anything You Can Do to Help Your Organization?

I see so many people in their workplace that just quite literally hate their job, and no one cares. I've dealt with plenty of organizations where, you know, people come in really depressed and discouraged. They don't think their work is interesting or meaningful. And they give only a fraction of what they're capable of. Is there anything you can do to some places like that? I don't know if I can do anything.
