Be focused. Be open minded because I know for many transactions that they say one thing and then they're buying something else. So maybe it's also good to just let your agent just show you places even if it's an area that you never considered or thought about. My, myself, my best friend, my mom, my mom does this all the time. She like plays real estate agent with me and she'll like send me like the Zillow or Red Finn posts. It's so easy.
