Companies are making more value-based decisions if they're making it based on this proposition rather than who they like the most. The dynamic that changed so much when you start talking about SaaS is what most people miss in a business case. People want to see a much shorter time to benefits as an example. They don't want to have this big fixed cost sitting there, because decision makers are being held accountable.
