The Evolution of Chat Technology
Chat GPT is a large-language model it's for someone who's not involved in it. It seems unfeasible that just by loading it up with examples of language with words and sentences on a massive scale it can then talk with you, he says. So to researchers has been kind of a slow build but it's connected very viscerally with how people have connected with chat technology in general. And spending a lot of time in structuring those type of what we call annotations in the research field that's what's giving it the magic that you're feeling when you engage with it.
