I grew up with sort of not insignificant housing instability and insecurity. I realized that I wanted an abundance of security and safety for myself. And the real estate market is a good fit for me in that way because what we do as property managers touches people's lives every single day. Knowing that the give back for somebody else is going to look different than what the give back has looked like for you feels good.
