Is Noise a Step-Sister of Bias?

Noise is really the sort of ignored step-sister of bias. This is orthogonal to bias. And in terms of the standard way of measuring accuracy and measuring error, bias and noise are completely independent of each other. So what you're talking about is that when you interact with something, whether it's a company or the medical profession or a grocery store, the goal would be that there'd be no bias. If you do that, then that system is both without bias and without noise.
