What Are Your Best Qualities as a Leader?

There was just an air of entitlement, I would say, kind of, he made it very well known that he was a general manager and he was better than everybody else in the organization. And I think that drove, that drove up a lot of the walls. The technicians did not like anything at that time that the office was doing because we weren't listening to the people. We were making ideas and making changes that one person thought was the only direction we could go in.
