Are You an Early Bird or a Late Night Owl?

In childhood, we're more of that early bird typea. When we get to the tee nave ears and the adolescence and early adult hood, we see a shift more towards eveningness. There are some strategies that they can take in order to help shift their rhythm to a more earlier time. Things like getting lots of light in the morning will help shift that circuit and rhythm earlier. A blocking light at night, potentially, potentially utilizing mal serotonin am and will help bring those rhythms back to normal.
