When you launch a start up, the marketing team isn't necessarily your first priority. For fast growing te companies, when to hire these specific rolls can be as important as whom to hire. The sequence of hiring is crucial for success. I would invest in a proper market research and making sure that you truly understand what differentiatesyour product from others. Based on my experience, if i were to have a recommendation from startups for start-up marketers, it would be to focus first on recruiting a very strong product marketing leader.
