On October 27th 1962 the Cuban crisis Robert Kennedy began continues to quickly worsen. A submarine that was being under attack from with depth charges from a USS a U.S. vessel and they were authorized to use it if war broke out. RFK says that the US already planned to remove missiles from Turkey but they couldn't say so publicly. The Soviet Union like all peace-loving countries resolutely rejects such a right or to be more exact this kind of true lawlessness when people who don't like the social political situation in a country try to impose their will on it.
