Hard core innovation in the normal environment, like amazon, you want to use dynamo d b. You need a true time service built on atomic clocks. You need g p s devices in the data centers to determine tetonic drift which deforms time. These are hard innovations that cost big dollars, that sit behind a bunch of the other tools that end a customers in of ganing. I'm holding up a computer that sada has built called a toaster. That's a way to run a little chunk of public cloud and build scaled applications. And i think everybody's got to watch out because as the cloud providers make lower barrier of entry they'll bring more services closer together.
